Global supply chain layout: formulate overseas supply chain strategies, optimize procurement networks (tea/cups/equipment), establish a multi-regional supplier backup mechanism, and reduce the risk of supply interruption.2. Supplier management: screen and evaluate local high-quality suppliers, negotiate annual procurement agreements (price/credit period/quality standards), and promote suppliers to pass BRC, ISO and other certifications.3. Cost and efficiency control: monitor indicators such as inventory turnover rate and procurement cost ratio, introduce VMI (vendor managed inventory) model, and coordinate cross-border logistics to reduce transportation losses.4.
Compliance management: ensure that all links in the supply chain comply with local food safety regulations (such as FDA, EU FIC), and deal with customs inspections, trade barriers and other issuesQualifications:Manager Job Requirements5. Bachelor degree or above, supply chain management, international trade major is preferred, 5+ years of overseas study/work experience;6. 8+ years of cross-border supply chain management experience, familiar with the characteristics of raw materials in the tea industry (such as tea preservation, cold chain transportation);7. Proficiency in English is required. The candidate must be able to independently manage international procurement contracts and customs documentation, as well as collaborate effectively across different time zones.; Chinese Mandarin communication skills as this position will require frequent communication with the internal team.8.
Candidates with supply chain certifications such as CSCP and CPIM are preferred, and are good at using management systems such as SAP and Oracle.Supervisor Job requirements1. Bachelor degree or above, 3+ years of overseas study or overseas supply chain work;2.5+ years of supply chain practical experience, familiar with cross-border procurement processes and international trade terms (such as FOB, CIF);3. Proficiency in English is required. The candidate must be able to independently manage international procurement contracts and customs documentation, with basic data analysis capabilities.Specialist Job requirements1.
